Guy and son arrived when they said they would. It was apparent that they were very knowledgeable and thorough in their investigation into my electrical puzzle. They discovered two relatively minor issues (if that can be said when it comes to electrical issues) which they repaired. I was told up front what the service fee was which I thought very reasonable. Although they did repair two issues, they did not charge any more than the original service fee. I truly appreciate that. I trust them; they will be my first call if I encounter any other issues. I had Silvermoon come out to correct numerous dangerous conditions our home inspector found when we bought our home. They also discovered a very dangerous problem in my breaker panel that the inspector missed. They were prompt and professional with very reasonable rates. They are the only electrical company I will use in the area.
