They came out once to look at the work I needed and provided a quote. I called back when I was ready to do it. They said they would have the tech call back.....I waited a week nothing. I called again and they left a message for the tech to call back which he did the next day. He said he would look for the quote when he got back to the office. Fast-forward two weeks still haven't heard from them. I sent an email to them two days later no response. I guess I am stupid for still trying with this company time to find another electrician.

Silva is Prompt , reliable & has personable service. Bryon the electrician always explains, demonstrate & shows me the action/process he is taking. I highly recommend this company.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed , 2 receptacles for backyard and one receptacle by the pool fixed. I'm so happy! They did a great job and very nice and friendly and show up when they say they will! I will definitely use for more projects!!!

Trustworthy and honest! The power was out in one of our bedrooms and bathrooms, after calling a few companies, Silva's was the cheapest rate. However, before they even came out they had me troubleshoot a couple different ways to see if it was just an easy fix and voila! I had power again! RAVE considering the other companies were going to charge hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the problem.

Called Silva Electric after my lights flickered. They came out and found it to be a PG&E issue. I was just charged a diagnostic fee but Tony still made the arrangements to make sure PG&E came out and completed the job. Pleasant experience and a fair price. Putting them in my bookmarks.

Byron came out and did a walk thru and what it might cost for their services. They never called me back. 4 weeks later I called and the receptionist said she would give message to Tony. Still no phone call. Now I'm looking else where.

My first experience with Silver Electric went fine. We were installing some braces and adding a switch for fans in every room of our home.
Called Silva Electric to get a quote on some new work. Got a call from Tony saying he would stop by and evaluate the job. Never called back and never showed up. I believe the job was a little out of scope for them (installing lights that hang from our 2 story ceiling, which is fine, but please don't waste a potential customer's time.
