Trustworthy and honest! The power was out in one of our bedrooms and bathrooms, after calling a few companies, Silva's was the cheapest rate. However, before they even came out they had me troubleshoot a couple different ways to see if it was just an easy fix and voila! I had power again! RAVE considering the other companies were going to charge hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the problem.

Called Silva Electric after my lights flickered. They came out and found it to be a PG&E issue. I was just charged a diagnostic fee but Tony still made the arrangements to make sure PG&E came out and completed the job. Pleasant experience and a fair price. Putting them in my bookmarks.

Byron came out and did a walk thru and what it might cost for their services. They never called me back. 4 weeks later I called and the receptionist said she would give message to Tony. Still no phone call. Now I'm looking else where.

My first experience with Silver Electric went fine. We were installing some braces and adding a switch for fans in every room of our home.
Called Silva Electric to get a quote on some new work. Got a call from Tony saying he would stop by and evaluate the job. Never called back and never showed up. I believe the job was a little out of scope for them (installing lights that hang from our 2 story ceiling, which is fine, but please don't waste a potential customer's time.

I called this company last Sunday, July 31, 2017. I spoke to the receptionist and told her my problem regarding my outlets. She told me that she will send this message to the office and they will give me a call on Monday. I waited until afternoon but they never called me. I called again that day and same person I spoke to. I told her the same thing. She asked me if this is emergency. I just told her yes because my garage won't open. She told me again that she will send the message to the office. I waited until today but never called me. If they don't do minor problems at least they should tell me so I don't have to wait for their call. I wouldn't recommend this company. No professionalism at all.

Fast and Friendly Electricians. Fairly inexpensive hourly rate. Very knowledgeable and simplified common issues an amateur DIY house projects person could run into, free of charge. Easy to see why they are Tracy's best. Would recommend calling Silva electric first!

Tony was very nice, got back to me quickly after a friend referred them to me (within 1/2 hour). I had work to be completed from a house inspection and him and his guy made it very easy. They arrived on time and were very professional. The work was completed quickly and was done well. The easiest process of everything I had to do to sell my home, which was appreciated immensely. Had three different electricians out before him... One moved out of state after accepting the job but before the work was done, one felt very salesy and unprofessional, and the third wanted to charge an arm and a leg because he is well known. Go with Tony... He's a straight forward guy and honest, good rates and reliable.
