He did an amazing job on a lighting issue in a condo we were renting - it was a chronic problem and it became a non issue !

We bought a home in the same area recently - and once again - today - his company helped us with an older home that needed updating as well as preventing fire hazards that we didn't even realize were a problem - until Michael came and fixed them !

We highly recommend them reviewing ANY property you are in - as these issues are chronic - too many affluent homeowners cut corners and it's dangerous !!! I don't understand this mentality but it creates fires and it's no joke !

Thanks again Silva Electric - you were Our Heroes today and we are so grateful for your hard work & integrity !

A lot of our electrical outlets stopped working randomly. We couldn't determine what the issue was so Michael Silva came out to look at our issue. I highly recommend him! He got there 10 min early and was very efficient in locating the main issues we had. He was quick, extremely professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Every action he had was thought out and logical. We also had an attic area he crawled into. (home inspector, and others didn't even want to go in the area) where he found another outlet just to check and make sure that there wasn't a problem there. He was very quick and through in his work. Definitely 5 stars for Silva Electric! I called them up, explained that we needed a new switch in the kitchen, over the sink, and an outlet switch under the sink.
Eugene gave me a quote, and it was reasonable, so I hired him.
He showed up very fast: under 30 minutes! Wow! He was friendly, professional, stuck to his quote, and he replaced the faulty items in 30 minutes or less! He was great: very knowledgeable!
I plan on using Silva Electric again, for all of our electrical needs, in the future. I highly recommend Silva Electric!

Called Silva Electric this past Monday, and was able to schedule the appointment for Thursday, as requested. Although it was pouring rain out that whole day, Eugene managed to arrive even before our scheduled appointment time. He was so fast and efficient in changing out the porch light. Price was reasonable. Appreciated his promptness, friendliness, and professionalism, and we will DEFINITELY be calling him for all of our future electrical needs. :)
