I consider my self a good DIYr so when our high end dishwasher and fridge broke, I searched youtube to learn how to fix it on my own. I ordered the parts online and when I installed them I was lucky with the dishwasher but not with the fridge. I found Sigma on Yelp and they had the lowest diagnostic fee and was quick to respond. Vladimir diagnosed the issue correctly. I actually tried ordering the part in advance to attempt to install it on my own but it happened to be the wrong one. Emailed/texted Vladimir at 10pm and he responded right away. Wasn't expecting a response until the next day. In any case, the part he ordered arrived quicker than expected and we were able to install and fix the fridge earlier. Very happy with the service and the price beats having to buy a new expensive fridge. Great and reliable service!!!

Very fast response on getting back to me when I requested a quote! VERY reasonable prices compared to others. I was quoted well over $200 just to come out and see what the issue was for a somewhat small problem and was able to get a steal of a price from Sigma for $70! He was able to come out the next day! He even did the work in about 15 minutes or less and even did come extra cleaning on our dryer! If we have any other issues with our applicable we will definitely schedule with Sigma again! Very efficient and professional services! No extra fees or nonsense involved to up sale the need for services.
