I asked them for a quote on energy storage system for our solar panels (battery banks) and they replied by saying they didn't offer that service, yet their website reads: ""Within the last 5 years technology manufacturing leaders have solved this issue by deploying energy storage systems alongside it's variable generation assets.
SPS has been involved since the beginning.
The solution is here now, and immediately scalable. Not only are we excited, and capable of offering Energy Storage/Microgrid and Variable Generation Firming, we've been here a long time and have waited to deploy this solution alongside your existing or new power system. Our Principals assisted in the development and deployment of these strategies.""

Update: Business claims they are not authorized installers for Enphase. There's no mention of this on their website that I could see and Enphase is a major manufacturer (shares traded on the stock exchange) that provides online training and certification for online buyers of their Plug-and-play battery storage systems. I find it hard to believe that this solar installer has not bothered to ask even one of their technicians to watch the online training videos so they wouldn't have to turn down jobs and still claims they've been on top of the storage bank systems from the beginning, on their website.

We needed a 220 plug in our garage so we could charge our electric car quicker. Sierra Power quoted us a fair cost that was less than half what others quoted. The technician showed up on time early and knew exactly what to do to get a 220 outlet in garage. The install was finished in less than an hour, the technician was friendly. The plug works great and we have had no trouble with it after a couple weeks. This company went above and beyond our expectations. We will recommend this company to friends that need electrical work.

I needed to add an outdoor electrical outlet added to our yard and contacted Sierra Power. Owner was on time, friendly and did the job for less than quoted. Happy with the quick turnaround. Unlike the review by Heather W. (taking time to bother to write a bad review for a bid not even a job) is petty and I'm shocked that someone would bother to take up time out of the day to be so negative, but I guess if your close to writing almost 800 reviews than maybe you write up every interaction you have.
