Although he was at a job location, he took the time to ANSWER THE PHONE and hear my situation. He was able to rearrange his personal schedule to extend his working hours, at NO CHARGE, to come to my business at the end of his usual business day to see what he would need for the job and give me a price quote.

He said he would be able to start the job on a certain day and was at my business early in the morning on the day and time promised. BIG THUMBS UP. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area after the job was completed.
