I just had Jayson come for the first time to my home with some outlet concerns I had... He was wonderful. He answered my call promptly and arrived even a little earlier than what we had agreed on. He was extremely thorough. Luckily for me I had no major problem to contend with. I am new to the area and I needed to find a good electrician just in case new problems arrive. *Second time 5 out of 5...(Jayson fixed our oven electrical issue right before Christmas for FREE! I was quoted by another contractor in person for $5,500.00 to replace the whole electrical panel box .... Which we didn't need!!!

Jayson was a God send! He was working on a neighbor's house across the street and we totally bombarded him TWICE! The first occasion was around Christmas time when we were putting up lights and had a shortage he walked over and helped us figure it out at no cost. Today, we asked him about the stair lights as he was leaving our neighbors house and without hesitation he came over and began checking wires and such all over. He never made us feel like he was in a rush or that we needed to have the appointment. He took his time and I'm sure it was the last thing he wanted to do at the end of his day, but he did it and he was happy to help. I immediately came to leave a review and I now see why they have 5 stars all across!!! We definitely recommend Jason and will be forever customers because of him. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAYSON!!! You were so sweet to take time out of your evening to try to figure out our weird wiring, we are so grateful!

I called Shoreline Electric based upon all the reviews I saw here. Had to call over 20 times in order to get a return call. I emailed and he did respond...BUT that was it. No other email, phone messages or phone calls were returned. If he did not want the job a quick call or email would have been appreciated. He may do great work according to the reviews...but he'll be out of business if he can't answer calls or return email. Very frustrated that my time was wasted trying to give an opportunity to someone.

I had a great experience with Jayson and Justin. They replaced light fixtures, fans, fixed wiring in outlets and fixed wiring for outside electricity and also our doorbell ringer. They are very fair priced, work efficiently and made it on time. I think I will call them right now, more fixes to be done.

Jayson did a great job for us. We had several little jobs-installing smoke detectors, putting a covered outlet on an outside wall, replacing some wiring-and Jayson did it all in good time, with good cheer, for a good price. We will certainly call him again the next time we need an electrician.
