Tony at Shore Break Electric is awesome! Tony booked my appointment on Sunday, texted to confirm, arrived early and took care of my small issue. I'm never calling anyone else. I have my new electrician. He is the most knowledgeable and professional electrician I have ever met. You will not regret calling him, so call now! No need to keep looking, this is the guy to call.

Terrible customer service. I guess Tony is too busy for even a courtesy phone call.

I had a nice conversation and described my problem (outdoor outlet wasn't working). He gave me a good quote and we made an appointment. He even followed up with a text to ask for my address. So far so good.

On the day of the appointment (which I got home from work early to meet him), Tony did not show up. I texted and he said ""still in LA, can we do tomorrow"". They didn't even call to let me know they couldn't make it. But fine, I said sure, lets schedule for tomorrow.

The following day- no show again. I texted to see if he was still coming. No response.

What a rude thing to do. I would understand if he was busy or something else came up. I am very understanding of local businesses- I try to support them as much as possible. (by the way, still no reply).

If you make an appointment with these guys, you better not go out of your way because you never know if they are going to show up.

Yep, Tony is as good as it gets! I had an issue in my rental property with several outlets and a light switch out on one wall. I called him, left a message and received a call back in about 20 minutes. He said he would be out in 20 minutes. He went to the property and fixed the issue. I had tried turning the main breaker to the unit off and on again, but was not successful. My tenant and I forgot where the main breaker panel was in the house and did not check the individual ones. Tony graciously fixed the problem quickly and didn't even judge us for not knowing where it was in the house. I appreciate it very much as I spent several hours today trying to get someone to come and check on the issue for my tenant. I will definitely use Tony again and CERTAINLY recommend him! He also is local in my neighborhood and I like supporting local businesses.

Such great service with Shore Break Electric. The owner was quick to respond and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done right away. He even set up a day to come out for free and check out the situation to solidify a quote for us. He promptly came out a few days later, sent us a quote that evening, and we scheduled a day for him to come do the job about a week later. They were great doing the actual work too. A technician come out in the morning and got started right away, finished the job swiftly, and even cleaned up after so we were all set when the job was done. Highly recommend this company and Tony is great to have on hand as your go-to electrician.

Tony and his team from Shore Break did an absolutely outstanding job diagnosing and repairing a huge, dangerous problem that developed in my house.

My original request for help was responded to at lightning speed. Within minutes I had received an email and a phone call from Tony, the owner.

When Tony came to my house to give me a free estimate, he diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes, even though it was a unique issue that physically encompassed a large portion of my home. His quick diagnosis came about solely as a result of his experience. I have a feeling any other electrician could have putzed around my house for three hours and still wouldn't have been able to diagnose and repair my issue as expediently as Tony did.

Tony literally saved my house from burning down.

When he completed the work, it was as if no one was even there. Everything was spotless! I have since referred him to a neighbor and to my condominium association.

Oh, and two other electricians I previously contacted didn't even want to come over when I told them what my problem was. (A.K.A. the ""I ain't touching that with a ten foot pole"" routine). Another came out and ""fixed"" the problem, only to literally have the wiring in my house melt down, arc and die just a few days later. Tony wasn't afraid to come out, put some gloves on, and tackle the problem. You gotta respect that.

I was panicking because the power in our kitchen electrical outlets suddenly went off...It was late so I was worried that if I wait till the morning, the food in the fridge will spoil...I went online and submitted a service quote via Thumbtack...Literally within minutes Tony from Shore Break Electric emailed and called me back...I explained to him my situation and he walked through with me over the phone on what to do...In a few minutes my kitchen outlets were working again...Not only Tony saved me time and money but he saved our food in the fridge as well...Tony, will be my future electrician...Thanks Tony ...Your helpfulness brought back my faith in humanity...There are still a few good men like you...Thanks again

Ours was a small job but Tony treated it just as professionally as a large one -- he was very fast, responded in person rather than sending someone else, and followed up to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. I plan on hiring him again.
