David was recommended to me by another electrician who was booked and didn't have time for the job. I called David and he initially responded quickly and came out to my house the very next day to quote at the work . That part was simple enough. I called him back week later to book the job when it was ready to be done, hoping we could do it that week but willing to do it later depending on his schedule. He said he would call me on Monday to figure to let me know when he could do it. Monday passed, no call. Tuesday, no call. Wednesday, no call. On Thursday I finally text to ask he thinks he'll be able to come by that week. No response. Friday I text again again. No response. I wish I could say this is unusual, but it's typical these days. People don't care about their clients, potential clients or the people that recommend them. Flakes are more the norm than people who keep their commitments. I went back to the person who recommended this guy to let him know my experience and now they are coming out to quote the work.

Mark and his crew are truly consumate professionals. In today's world where it's increasingly difficult to get merely a ""good job"" they did a wonderful job. They looked at what I needed, made the plan and implemented the plan. Mark was fair honest professional and courteous as was the gentleman that assisted him. I rarely leave reviews on here, but this one is well deserved. Shocking Electric lives up to the name, I was in shock at the quality work that they were able to accomplish in my home. From the Landscape lighting, to the the indoor electrical, they do it all. In a timely fashion, with safety and customer satisfaction in mind. 


David and his employees are all professional individuals who went out of their way to fulfill all my families requests. Aside from the lighting, and security cameras I needed installed in and around the house, my daughter needed a Tesla Charging dock for her Tesla Model S. David came over, quickly gave me a price which I found more than reasonable considering how expensive it is going through Tesla directly, and within a couple days had got to work. It was finished in a timely fashion, and definitely made me happy to see my daughter was happy with her newly installed charging dock. 


Shocking Electric is a team of individuals I can trust. It isn't easy to just let anyone into your home, let alone give the keys to when no one is home, but they took the time to build a sense of confidence with me. They go as far as to ask questions no other electricians asks, such as the house rules, and alternatives that I may find more suitable. What also left me in shock how clean their work is, very little had to be done to get the house looking like nothing ever happened (drywall and all). 


Trust me when I say that Shocking Electric is a team of professionals who do quality work, and bring you a sense of confidence with who you are doing business with. They clearly are passionate about what they do and are very accommodating. 


Happy to called them my Electricians.
