We had no electricity in three rooms and our garage, and Marc was able to get to us very quickly. His assistant got right to work, fixed the problem, as well as a couple of other ancillary things and just a couple of hours and had a great attitude the whole time. They were a pleasure to deal with.

DO NOT use this company. They put in Cameras in our place but if you need him he WILL NOT return a call. Do yourself a big favor and stay away. It stinks companies are so poorly run and won't call you back. One big red flag. Don't use them!!

After another electrician had us wait a week and then ghosted last minute this weekend during a major master bathroom remodel, we were in a jam. At the recommendation of a neighbor Mark at Shock U electric came out first thing Monday morning and installed two dedicated circuits for a whirlpool jacuzzi tub and kept our project on track. These guys came prepared, not knowing what needed to be done and knocked it out. Definitely earned our business and look forward to the next project with them.

I had a very strange double dimmer in my bathroom short out. Ted came by super quick, figured out a much better solution, and had the parts in his truck. While here, we started going through electrical items needed around the house, he took the time to explain options, very detailed oriented, super happy to have a reliable company!!

We had our air conditioner stop working. After the air conditioning company replaced the transformers, they determined we were not getting any power from the tranformer (furnace) to the air conditioning unit. The air conditioning company (Airforce) recommends the men at Shock U. I called them right after the air conditioning company left and left a message. Mark text me and we got in touch the next morning and he arrived exactly when he said he would arrive (first thing that morning). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix the problem as soon as possible. He quickly determined that the air conditioning company was correct. It was impossible to install the new wires where the old wires were run (the furnance it located on the second floor and the air conditioning unit is outside on the first floor. He found a way to run the wires outside and down to the air conditioning unit and now we have it working. His price was very fair for the amount of work he did. I would highly recommended him to anyone.

I had Mark and his crew mount and wire an 85""in TV, install a whole house fan and perform a few other electrical fixes. They did an amazing job.
