I called several times to book a time for estimate anx several times they failed to show. Never have written bad review but I stayed home waiting three times for them to never give me the courtesy of a call - thats all it would have taken.

Ahhh.... Let's see... Found out I had a electric panel which was 1 of the 4 brands known to have issues and catch fire, not good. Started with Google to help me find an electrician to do the switch.
This brought to Mr. Sparky due to the tv ads and I've heard the name so much I guess it seemed familiar in some way, so I called... They came out the very next day, which was very prompt. However, the price sent me into ShOcK!!!! The estimate was more expensive than replacing my roof...
A friend gave me this number to call and this lead me to everyone's friend, ""Ashley"".... He was very professional on the phone and made me feel at ease after my last experience... He also was at my house almost immediately after we spoke on the phone. He had me lead him to the panel and then he started taking it apart to get to the guts of it all. Mr. Sparks's Guy only opened the panel door and close it. Ashley removed the whole cover to really see what he was dealing with. He also informed me about the Challenger brand panel and what happens to it as it ages. Then when he opened my panel fully, he showed me exactly what he was speaking of. I had 2 main breakers on the panel which had burnt marks already... Then inspected the lines coming into my house and found I only had 1 ground and code was 2 grounds. He was so polite and knowledgeable as well as informative. He gave me a quote and I couldn't believe the difference in the price of both estimates. The amount was 25% of the cost of the quote from Mr. Sparks's Guy, which I knew was way over priced.
Ashley shot from the hip and warranted the work. I hired him and his team to help me. That they did and a stellar job at that. Ashley or his teammates scheduled the power company, city inspector, and his install crew for the install. I was only out of power 4.5 hours. The ice never melted in either fridges. The Shock It Electric crew was super professional and super nice. Can't Thank this company enough for helping me fix this dangerous problem and keep my house from fire and my family and I safe. I only wish that when ever I have to hire out a repair, rare, the companies hold up to these exact same way, professional, kind, respectful, and stellar as Ashley and his crew. Thank You For restoring my faith in humanity... Thank You for all you guys do.
If you need an electrician, you be nuts, crazy, and insane not to call these guys. They simply ROCK!!!
