I had an appointment for somebody to come out for an estimate on my replacing circuit breaker and electical wiring. The appointment was around 7am. I rescheduled my other appointments; waited for 2 hrs. Nobody showed up. Very disappointed.

This vendor does not follow-up or follow-through regarding scheduling. I'm still waiting to hear back with a schedule time from our conversation July 25th. He said he'd let me know later, and that was nearly a week ago. Our original conversation on July 20th took 2 days to schedule. I contacted him to reschedule (4 days before our appointment), and I had to keep texting him to ask him to fit me into his schedule. He said he'd ""get back to me."" He must be busy with work, but there is no excuse for not following up. If you're too busy, just say so.

Wow very impressed with this Co. We called this morning and Norm called back set up to come in the afternoon and fixed the problem with in an hour without charging an arm and a leg. If my mom could give him more than 5 stars she would. Would definitely use him again.

Had a problem with one circuit in the house could not figure it out, phoned this outfit and got Norm on the phone he tried to help over the phone, then popped in between jobs was in the house half an hour and they had sorted it out and also were very complimentary on what I had tried, will definitely use them again for projects I cannot manage
