We are so happy we called Norm from Shining Light. After having a ""handy man"" out to try and fix our issues we finally decided to call a ""Real"" electrician and boy are we ever glad we did!! Norm and his assistant were efficient, courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. I will call him immediately in the future and will highly recommend him!!

When noticing that all my lights were flickering and frequent power outages, I needed to contact a electrician. Searching on Yelp (as I always do) I came across Shining Light Electric and read the great reviews. I called immediately and was greeted by Norm. He was extremely nice and asked what was going on in my home. He informed me that he had a busy schedule however, he will be in my neighborhood in the afternoon and it so happens is was the perfect time for me. He notified me just prior to his estimated time that he would be at my home in approx 15 minutes and if it was okay. I was more than happy to accommodate his busy time as I was desperate. I was at work so my family was there to greet him. He was able to find the problem right away and called me at work. The part that was malfunctioning was arcing and was in extremely bad condition. Norm gave me the estimate and I gave him the OKAY. He left the broken part for me as a ""souvenir"" and after examining it.. it's a wonder that it didn't catch my house on fire! I want to thank Norm and Shining Light Electric for his courteous and professional services.

Called Norm and he came out same day. Fixed a broken high ceiling recessed light fixture, repaired a couple other fixtures and was out within the hour. Recommended if you need someone quick!

Norm showed up on the same day, called 30 minutes prior so I could get home, then quickly found and fixed my problem. His pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service.

He couldn't have been more professional and is a nice guy as well.

I had the chance to use Shining Light Electric recently. I had chosen their business after reviewing the wonderful Yelp reviews (this was my first time trying a Yelp reviewed business).

When I first called Norm, he explained that he had to go back East and that he would be sending out one of his guys. The person that came to our house was super friendly, fixed our problem within an hour and was nice enough to even offer a solution that we could do to fix a lamp issue.

Norm followed up with a verification that everything was completed successfully. I have told several of my neighbors that in the future, should they need electrical work, this is the person to rely on for quick and reliable work!

Had Norm over today to install a NEMA 14-50 plug for a Tesla in my garage. Pretty simple job, and he and his colleague did the job well. We had been talking about other bigger jobs, but electrical situation didn't allow for many other changes without a major dig operation in my driveway due to underground wires. He was happy to do the simple job and his bill was more than fair.
