We provide a range of services such as; light fixture installation, fixing light fixtures, installation of outdoor lighting, outlet and switch installation, outlet and switch relocation, repairing outlets or switches, panel replacement or upgrades, panel repairs, installation of electric vehicle chargers, ground wire installation, installation of ceiling fans, repairing fans, home remodeling, restoring power.
New to the Houston area, Shearer Electrical Services opened in November of 2019. But, our affiliated company, Shearer Electric, has provided services to North Texas for more than 30 years!
I entered the field alongside my father, an electrical contractor who has expertise in residential repairs at 16. That was 20 years ago. Today, my father and I have partnered to launch a new company dedicated to the Houston area, known as Shearer Electrical Services. Primarily residential electricians, we have no shortage of industry knowledge along with a collective experience of over 50 years in the industry! We utilize that expertise to serve you, providing exceptional customer service, at competitive rates.

Cathy C.Not sure who the guy was that came to my house, but the name on the back of my check is Nathan Shearer. He took my ceiling fan apart, removed two electrical parts, and left. He said he would come by last week. Didn't show up, didn't return my calls, and didn't finish the job. I've been without my ceiling fan for about a month, now.

We had a few breakers that needed fixing and he changed the ballast in our closet. To make matters, more complicated, I forgot to tell him I have a few cats. While changing out the ballast, one of them popped out and probably scared the crap out of him, which caused him to drop the light cover. No big deal! He fixed that too! He was extremely reasonable and drove all the way to Tomball from New Caney for me! I definitely will be using his services in the future!
