Kelley responded to my messages fast and gave me her availability.

Kelley is very accomodating. She came to fix things both on the apartment that im moving out from and the condo im moving into (about 20 min drive) all in the same day. She also has no problem when i added more things as i remember or see it around my condo.

She is very professional. She works quietly and fast. She is respectful of our new home, by being careful of not breaking, scratching and slamming things around and cleaning after herself.

She works competently. She ask important questions, measures, assess what needed to be done and then installs or fix things with proper tools. Her work is solid and not flimsy. I even asked her how she fixed it and she gladly explains.

If you need things done around your home, hire Kelley, she is reliable, competent, respectful, and provides quality work! That's why i hired her twice already! Thanks Kelley!

The work that She Fixed It did was done fine, however she barely completed any of the tasks we had requested. I was confused by the amount of repairs that She Fixed It did not feel confident in tackling although we sent clear list of requested repair with photos. In addition, She Fixed It had horrible communication. We receive no notifications when they had arrived or left. This meant no time stamp for how many hours she actually worked even thought we were charged the largest amount. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and hire a professional first and avoid the headache of working with She Fixed It.

My new handy-person! Kelley knows her stuff. I needed something to seal the gap between the bottom of my security door and the ground. With the weather so nice, I wanted to keep my front door open, but if I did that, I would have had unwelcome visitors, like lizards, just wander in. I called numerous other places, all of whom ignored me. Not Kelley. She came out, added a piece to the bottom of the screen and you can't even tell....plus she weather-stripped my door from the kitchen to the garage. Because she was so quick and good, I asked her to come back and paint my fence. She did a BEAUTIFUL job. I have an older home and a lot of little things that need to be fixed, plus, I sometimes mess things up myself. Now I can rest a lot easier knowing Kelley will be there to fix anything I can wreck. Thanks Kelley! I am sure I will see you soon.

Long overdue review! We asked Kelley to help with a few items around the house (picture hanging, installing a magnetic doorstop, mounting a wall charger for a vacuum) - she handled everything wonderfully. She was also kind enough to come out early on July 4th so we could get everything done before a family party later in the day. Would recommend and use her again in a heartbeat.

Had to do last minute hanging of mirrors and and medicine cabinet in our bathrooms. She was reasonably priced and did a great job. She also fixed and put together my wood dining room table which my brother in law and to male friends had trouble fixing. I highly recommend anyone to use her services!!
