I recently had a remodel at our home and needed an electrician. We called Shaws lighting and electric and were happy we did. Daniel was terrific and did a wonderful job. He listened carefully to what we needed, quoted an appropriate price and did the work in a timely manner because of his knowledge. He is also really good at cleanup. We will use Daniel again for future electrical needs.

I've known Daniel for a good while now and have used his services several times. He has always been very courteous and punctual. He is very smart and capable in locating the problems I have had with electrical shorts in wiring, faulty breaker and panel issues, changing receptacles, light fixtures and has installed beautiful canned lighting and new ceiling fans. He's quick, clean and efficient too! I recommend him 100% to anyone who needs any type electrical work or repair. He is very reasonable, fair and honest with his fees!

Unlike many others Ive used in various trades being a homeowner he seems to put more emphasis on handling the job then worrying about the money he's going to get!

We asked Daniel to handle a variety of small wiring tasks at our home (ex. add a few exterior lights). I'm sorry to report that, overall, we were unhappy with his professionalism and work quality. Most importantly, we found him difficult to deal with. He is very quick to anger and tries to bully acceptance of poor quality work. Yes, he is less expensive than more professional outfits, but be aware of what comes with the supposed savings.

Extended the wiring for a pool light as we are adding concrete to extend a patio and the existing junction box was in the way and a trip hazard. Daniel showed up on time and worked quickly and effectively, he is honest and cleans up after himself.
