Really professional handyman! He helped me fixed my doors so that they became very easy to close and lock. He also helped me hang some pictures to the wall, and fixed some big crack between the floor and the wall. Definitely recommend him to others!

Sal is fantastic!

I had a long list of little things that needed doing--painting, picture hanging, drain repair, ceiling light installs, etc.--and Sal did it all. Quickly and accurately. Sal also spotted problems (a loose hinge on a cabinet door, among others), and quickly fixed them.

When asked, he made good suggestions. For instance, I had matte paint in my kitchen (fail on my part). He suggested a glossier finish, and offered to go to Home Depot to pick up a can for me.

His price is incredibly fair. When I got quotes on this project, Sal was lower than anyone else.

Sal's a busy guy, so a little re-scheduling was necessary. It was no problem at all. To the people who gave Sal a low rating for issues that inconvenienced them, shame on you. With the crazy environment we live in these days, everyone has to be a little flexible. Sal's worth it. My home agrees!

I was looking for someone to power wash and seal my beautiful stamped and colored cement. It is almost 2 years old and the sealer was wearing off. I asked Sal if they had experience with stamped and colored cement. He said they did and maybe they do but they didn't have experience with cement like mine. I found out that when they power wash, they use a scrubbing machine. This worked great on my older, standard cement. But the scrubbing and washing took the color off of some of the stamped cement that has a lot of sun exposure. There are now grey areas and the cement looks much worse than before they worked on it. Since there is now sealer on all everything I will need to wait a year or two for it to wear off and then spend 1000s of dollars to have it repaired.

Salvador is amazing!!! He put 2 chandeliers in our home and did an amazing job with both! He also hung an outdoor lamp in our balcony and put a shelf in our bathroom- he does it all! He is very meticulous, courteous and overall does amazing work. We're so happy with the results we'll be hiring him for many more projects to come.

We got good service last year, but he totally flaked on an appointment today. Didn't respond to any of my calls or texts asking for an update or to reschedule, let alone apologize.

Don't ruin my whole day by flaking on our appointment. And if for some reason something comes up and you need to reschedule, at least communicate with me about it.

We were very impressed with Sal. We needed to have two free-standing A/C units vented to the outside. We emailed several handyman listings who got good ratings on YELP. One responded ASAP (cool) but never came (not cool). One came but was grumpy and never gave us an estimate. Sal responded timely, came over promptly, was very pleasant, gave us a fair estimate, and did nice work quickly.
