I am a Realtor and was prepping a home for sale that all of a sudden had all of the outlets not work on the lower level. No amount of flipping switches in the electrical panel worked to fix the problem. Carlos responded to my night-time Yelp inquiry instantly with a friendly and professional phone call and was able to come out first thing the next morning. With his knowledge of how electrical systems worked he found a GFCI outlet in the garage that just needed a button pushed and that brought all of the downstairs outlets back online (oh... note to self...) but I was easily able to use his 2-hour minimum to help me with other small fixes relating to electrical wiring, high ceiling LED & CFL light swaps, etc. Carlos was a real pleasure to work with and it made me feel so confident to have a real electrician helping me, not just a handyman. I will definitely hire Carlos again and refer him to my clients. As I told him, what clinched my choosing him, in addition to his great reviews, was that he named his company after his dog named Shadow. :-)

We got our first EV and needed to have an electrician add a circuit to an existing 200 amp panel, run conduit to the garage through the wall and install a box, surface mounted on the wall with the 14-50 Nema outlet for our Level 2 charger.

We also had some messy wiring and loose connections in our panel so we decided to have a panel survey done for an additional cost.

We had 4 estimates and Carlos came in around the middle but I immediately felt I could trust him with the experience, knowledge, and licensing that was required with this job - one of the other guys didn't have a license. Carlos was prompt, friendly, and got the work done within one very hot day in the South Bay. I highly recommend him and we will be referring anyone we know to Shadow Electric.

Carlos does amazing work. We hired him to tackle a number of projects. We had a very complicated snarl of unprotected electrical running from our main panel to our lower unit through the garage. He made clean work of installing a new sub panel, rerouting all circuits and put everything inside metal conduit so it was nice and organized, it turned out great. He also installed some amazing LED lighting for us in the garage. Last but not least he ran new electrical conduit from the front of the house all the way to our backyard to connect another sub panel for our backyard renovation that included an outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Everything turned out amazing, and he was super flexible and accommodating all throughout the process. Can't say enough good things about him and his work.
