I bring 35 years of background in home improvement services, spanning electrical services, plumbing solutions, and detailed carpentry, mostly in vintage homes and apartments. I understand the problems found in older structures: ELECTRICAL: knob-and-tube electrical wiring, missing grounded circuits, and overburdened circuits. PLUMBING: ancient supply pipes and antique faucets are within our capability. CARPENTRY ISSUES: misaligned door frames, front door security hardware, faulty door knobs and locks, windows that won’t open, etc.
