Called on a Sunday because we had outlets tripping and a breaker sounding like it was sizzling. He came out and diagnosed the issue. Very fair pricing and he was able to rearrange the breaker panel to hold the overloaded breaker. He took the time to relabel the panel and explained everything he did. I contacted Seth on a Saturday about an electrical issue for my apartment building. He said his day was busy, but that he would squeeze me in, Just in case it was an easy fix (but if not, then he'd come back and fix the issue when his schedule freed up). He showed up 30 minutes after our call (he estimated he would arrive between 30 and 40 minutes when we spoke over the phone). He fixed the problem right away - gave me a very fair price and added some thoughts about other things that could be fixed (which could be repaired for free by SCE). So he had some good value adds as well.
