We are a locally owned and operated residential electrical contractor with over 35 years of experience in the Spring Branch and Houston area. We are completely licensed and insured to operate throughout the city. We are known for our cleanliness and friendly service. We aim to provide top-notch service while adding a personal touch.

Customer satisfaction and safety are paramount. Our electricians consistently follow the most recent NFPA National Electric Code and any relevant local regulations.

New custom homes are our specialty, and we provide a variety of other services. We provide residential remodels, electrical service calls, swimming pool wiring, landscape lighting, and backup generators.

Servtech Electric Co. was established in 1982. At the outset, we had one truck and worked from our garage. As the years passed, we developed strong ties with local contractors and homeowners, helping us grow. Our customer base has grown to include that spans homeowners across the greater Houston area and several custom home builders.
