I had some electrical issues with my smoke alarm system after my home was tented from termites. I was referred to this company by a trusted source. The owner gave me a service call the next day. The service tech Armando was great and took care of my electrical issues timely. They both were informed that I had to BE at work at 9 am. The service technician had to write up my invoice when he finished and I had to leave right then to get to work . Per my conversation with the owner the day before, I made it clear I had to get to work and I even left a lock box with a key if I wasn't there. He said that was fine; they could bill me. That seemed reasonable and I left for work as he was still writing up the invoice. A few minutes later as I was driving down the freeway, Irma called me from the office to collect payment"". I was like?! I'm driving?! The owner knew I had to get to work and he said he would bill me?! I used the word frigging...and she got really angry and really defensive and quite mean. I am the customer. And in that moment I felt both Irma and the company were disrespectful to me. I am in a service related profession and as angry or unkind people are to me I try my best to treat them kindly and compassionately and resolve issues professionally. This woman was neither kind nor compassionate and she is the voice of that company. I would never use their services again.

be careful with service rite electric thiefs schedule your appointment dont tell you upfront then charge you $100 just to have a guy come out and take a look,epectrician is friendly , but i would be friendly too if i was collecting $100dollars for 10 minutes of talking and performing no work, definately thiefs!!

Beyond the highest experience, highly recommended electrical service.
This was an emergency call late Sunday night. A breaker in a six month old panel burned out, killing power to entire upper floor and bottom floor outlets in several rooms. 2 guests and Kadie and I had early morning jobs to go to and it was almost 95 degrees in the house.
Called 6 companies ""24/7,"" and only got their answering machine.
Called ServiceRite and Irma (I hope I got her name right) answered, heard my story and said ""Send a pic of the breaker in question and we will check our stock-on-hand.""
She said we have the part, do you want a tech dispatched?
Music to my ears . . .
Bottom line, 35 minutes later, Chris had replaced the burned out breaker, and all was okay.
The bill was fair and the overall experience excellent.

This company saved, literally SAVED our Christmas. We were about an hour into preparing for a big gathering when we lost electrical power in our kitchen. Sheer panic set in needless to say. We tried calling a few other places and they weren't able to help us. My husband called Service Rite Electric, spoke with a gentleman named Paul. I tell ya, if we could give him a 10 gold star rating and a hug at the same time we would. He was a few hours from getting to our house and we needed immediate help. He suggested to my husband taking pictures of our fuse box/circuit breaker and send them to him. So he did, and just through the pictures alone, he was able to guild us to success. I can't express enough gratitude to Paul and this company.

I called Service Rite for my business, Westmont Living. They had a technician at my site in a few hours. Val, the technician, was very professional. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed on half a dozen light fixtures in under two hours. My regular electrician (Blackhawk) hadn't bothered to return my calls in over a week. Looks like I have a new electrical repair service to take take of my company's needs. Thanks Val! Thanks Service Rite! (The name says it all!)

Called Service Rite and they were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days. Val the technician was very prompt, professional, sweet to our dogs.. couldn't have asked for anything more. He installed a ceiling fan and switch, works and looks great. Very happy with the service provided.

I had an issue with my smoke detectors today and called this company to diagnose and solve the problem. The person who took my call was extremely polite and efficient and had someone out my way within an hour. That electrician, Chris L, was terrific. I would definitely use this company again and request him.

Had an issue with no energy going through half of my apartment and they came right out to assist me. Oscar was the guy who showed up to help and was able to do the job quick and efficiently without any issues, even being kind enough to explain everything to me as he did each step so I could get a personal understanding as to what the issue was. As long as who ever they send out are as good as Oscar I definitely would use them again

I called various electricians to get bids to install a new electrical panel and lighting in my patio. Unfortunately, it seemed that many electricians didn't want to work on my 88 year old home. I finally got three electricians from Yelp to come over and give me bids. One was a no show. Owner Paul Walters was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was competitively priced and knew his stuff. His service technician, Chris Clerkin, was truly outstanding! Chris was friendly and worked non-stopped. Paul also discovered three live lines under the house that could have caused possible fire damage and Chris resolved the issues with ease. Service Rite Electric is highly recommended for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and knowledgeable about working on my historic Spanish bungalow. I'm very grateful and will definitely use them again for future electrical work when needed.
