Five outlets in our house suddenly went cold. We scheduled Mike to come out and take a look. He was on time, assessed the problem fast and solved it with absolutely zero fuss. He even made a recommendation and small upgrade for our circuit box the will keep things running smoothly. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business!!

We've used Service Pro Electrical twice in the past month - once to install Tesla charger and another time to assess why one room in the house kept losing power.

Communication was great. They came out rather quickly for each project and finished in an hr or less. Very knowledgeable and transparent with what was needed. Friendly. Definitely will use them again for future needs!

Service Pro Electrical was amazing to help me with my recess lights install. I had to install 5 recess lights and on a ceiling with no attic access. I was able to communicate with Mike thru the yelp portal and he also suggested different options that would work best and offered me solutions.

I was able to get the materials I wanted and also match my unique configuration. I needed housings that would hold light bulbs as well as led ones. We agreed on the project price and it was very reasonable and we got our appointment booked.

Jeff and Mike arrived to my place on time and we did a walk thru of where we wanted the lights installed and the cuts. They both were super friendly and explained to me what they were going to do and the game plan. In addition, they brought tarps and also plastic sealed areas so the dust and dry wall would not get everywhere.

The lights installed worked great and they put the dry wall pieces back and will recommend me a dry wall specialist that they prefer to get my ceiling patched. Look forward to the next project, thanks Service Pro Electrical!

I called him to help install a flush-to-wall Ring doorbell outside my house. I had already run the cable to where it needed to be installed and just needed someone to cut a hole and install the junction box for me.

He came and commented condescendingly that he didn't think I could run the wire. He then started cutting a hole in the wall for the doorbell and knocking a big hole through the interior wall with a hammer from the exterior. He also knocked out a junction box inside the home and caused major damage to my interior wall.

After pointing it out, he did a slop spackle job on the inside and told me to paint it myself in a few days after the spackle dries. I needed a handyman to redo the spackle and help me get the wall painted and fixed.

I paid him full price to knock a massive hole in my interior wall when all the work was exterior. He didn't respond to the damage well and was generally condescending and dismissive. He was easily one of the worst contractors I've worked with.

I was extremely pleased with Service Pro Electrical. They did a great job and were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Scheduling the appointment was easy and Mike even took time out of his vacation to contact me and arrange for service. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They installed a ceiling fan, can lights in the kitchen, put dimmers on various switches and replaced other switches that were old and out of style. All the work looks great! The price for their service was very reasonable and fair. I will definitely hire Service Pro Electrical and have Mike come out again if I ever need electrical work. TOP-RATED in my book.

This is the third time that we have enlisted Service Pro Electrical to work in our home. Mike and Mike were prompt, professional, and polite. This time, they mounted a television and installed a ceiling fan. They were kind enough to offer advice on the positioning of the TV and confirmed that we were happy with the placement of it.
