Adrian came out and checked the water heater control valve. Its light was flashing 4 time. He suggested to change the gas control valve. After calling the heater company, he came back with a total cost (Part $300+ and Labor $900) of $1200+. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

?First and foremost I want to say avoid this company at all costs. Scam artists to the fullest. Needed a simple.water heater fix. Paid for the tech to come out and diagnose the problem . All the guy did was literally stand there and lie to me saying that I needed to replace the entire water heater and quoted me 3100...them proceeds to tell me he can quote me for the sensor I think it needed but ant guarantee it will work and wanted 600 for that. Never took any tools out of the van. Never even touched the water heater. On top of all that even though I didn't get a diagnosis which is what I was paying for he still expected to get paid and on top of all of that refused to take any cash and wanted a credit card or bank card end up giving them my bank card and instead of the $49 that they advertise on the site and I was supposed to be charged I get charged 69 . 69 dollars so somebody could come out and tried to scam me into purchasing a new water heater install . I was trying so hard not to laugh.. this guy is sitting here trying to tell me that he can't even get the parts to fix the water heater because they're made in Japan and they're not made available out here and I really just need to get a new water heater and even if I replace the sensor that I think is wrong with it it's going to cost $600 ... why would I spend $600 to fix something that you didn't even diagnose the crazy part of it is the problem that I think it has that I was quoted $600 for is a $40 part and it takes about 20 minutes to swap it out so not really sure where the hell he gets off trying to charge $600 for that they treat people like their idiots and try to scam everyone they come in contact with avoid this company like the plague .

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give it 0 stars I would, I pre-paid for a Plumbing service,$99.00 a non-licensed kid showed up literally did not even know what he was coming for, he said I got a free flush of my water heater with the service, after he did something and messed with it ,it started to leak, he called for help from mgmt., he was told to try doing some jimmy job to stop the leak and made it worse. finally, his manager told him to leave. Before leaving he apologized acknowledged it was his fault and said he was told to just leave and asked if I had a bigger bucket to catch the water. He gave me his bus. license # that was on the van and left in a dash leaving his iPad. I closed up and called his manager, I said I needed my WH fixed, he said ""I had warranty on it and they can Install it for $500.00 I said my water heater was working fine, before he got here, and that kid broke kit and left the iPad, I'm not returning it, until they fix it. he called the police, and had the kid come back to talk to them, and they lied in order to get there way, just to get the iPad back then the kid took off. I called there office the next day the personnel was really rude, would not help and ended up blocking my number, I went on Better business Bureau, this Company is NOT authorized nor recommended by them, many people complaining about similar issues, I believe they purposely break the Item/unit so that we out of desperation pay the repair in my case the Installation,. I called a REAL plumber that came and fixed it in about less that 10 min. he told me, the person who broke it was clueless on what he was doing and not a real plumber and definitely not licensed
This Company is Literally garbage Trust me, do not waste your money or your time like I did. OR don't say I didn't warn you! Unreal, honestly businesses like this should not exist.

I scheduled an appointment for November 15 at 10am. At 10:06am I called to inquire and I was told by Leslie that someone waited outside our garage and left at 9:14am because we didn't answer when someone knocked on our door. Leslie confirmed our appointment is at 10am and they gave a window between 10am to 11am to show up. But the guy showed up early and left at 9:14 am that's before our scheduled time. Leslie apologized and rescheduled us for November 16 at the same time 10am. Guess what happened? No one showed up!!! We called before and during our scheduled time so many times and all we got is a virtual recording. Just terrible, unreliable, unprofessional way of doing business.

Matt from plumbing came out to check my water tank and I was very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and integrity! He explained options regarding my water tanks and answered all questions pertaining to my units. I would trust his work should I ever decide to use him for plumbing work!
The reason I didn't give 5 as a rating was due to the scheduling snafu that occurred regarding my 2 set appointment this week.

They overcharged me over 20,000. The original project was supposed to cost 30,000 because of the expensive machines and such, but after inspection they just installed a sleeve which cost no more then 10,000 for installation and product. But they still decided to charge me for the cement cutters, bobcats, hill excavation etc. which never happened.I had an itemized bill for the first couple estimates which showed all of the machinery that would've been used (which wasn't) and that was 30,000 but they told me after the camera inspection I would just need the sleeve installed and that would be cheaper, yet the price stayed the same and still has. When I made injuries about the price and itemized bill they told me I would get it in two weeks, two weeks goes by and they tell me they can no longer give it to me and I have a contract so I have to pay the 30,000. I have been trying to resolve this. I do not have 30,000 to pay for a plumbing job that should've cost 10,000 at most anywhere else. The loan they gave me to cover these cost started at 0% for two years and then was supposed to go to 14% but after a year it became 20% with no explanation. Avoid business with these people at all cost it's a scam. That also knocked down my fence and barely did any work. I never received the video to confirm the work done, and I was supposed to be paying for installation of 53ft of 4inch fiberglass liner (that was the only thing actually done) and ended up paying for something that was never done. I do not understand how this business can still operate.

The following will read more like a reddit post and will require some disclaimers before I begin. Let's begin with the basics...

Last week, during the massive heat wave, our AC broke down. Call it an irrational purchase or an essential purchase. Getting the AC fixed was top priority on our list. A service technician came out the next day to assess the situation.

The Diagnosis: A broken motor in the condenser and a definite leak in the system.

The total: 599 for the motor and replacement and 1500 for a leak test. Given that the leak was sold to me as a definite issue and that I could use my warranty to get the leak source addressed, and that AC was, from my perspective a necessity, I said yes. The technician added some refrigerant to get us through the weekend for a Monday leak test which would include adding refrigerant, making sure it is pressurized properly, and that the unit would not freeze up.

Total cost: $2099. Which I paid for on the spot

The bad: After three straight days of cancelations on my leak test, service lion finally sent a technician to come out and assess the situation. Three extra days of worrying if the coolant that was added would hold us over that was only supposed to last us for two days...but I digress.

The Really Bad: After arriving for the leak test a new technician explains that to isolate the leak he would have to isolate the systemt at the evaporator and at the condenser unit. However, when he finds out the evaporator unit is in the attic, suddenly the leak test can be done entirely from the outside unit? And then...after having collected my money, the conclusion is that THERE IS NO LEAK in the system. The explanation is that all I needed was to have my ac unit recharged. After showing me that the pressure was now at an acceptable level and that the temperature was above freezing temperatures, this was all he could do and went on his way.

The conclusion: So now I'm down 2099 dollars and basically feel like there's a good chance there is still a leak in my system. I also feel like an idiot for paying so much money on the spot and it did not help that while I was signing the contract, there was a group text that was celebrating how my service technician just made a 2100 dollar sale as I used his phone to sign my contract...so big loser on my end. After calling service lion they offered a 300 dollar reimbursement for the trouble which now puts me at 1800. They also promised that they would come out to do a pressure test to ensure that there is not a leak in the system in the coming weeks and that they would take responsibility for any issues if it turns out a leak actually exists. So, an extra star for that.

The reason for this post is to have documented my experience but also for others to know to not be a fool like me and not do your research first. There is a certain amount of trust you have to place in a company that they are being honest and will do what they promise. From.my experience...I was played for the fool
