#IanRayna #ServiceCoreOfTexas said he was a master plumber and master electrician and I learned later that he was neither. We contracted him to do a few projects for us. The work provided was solid, until he disappeared, having completed only 60% of one project and 0% of the other although he had been paid for all but $5k. He was supposed to install a fireplace that never arrived and a propane tank - also never ordered but paid for. He changed his phone number and email address - everything is blocked or bounces back. His subcontractors were never paid and I know of two other women whom he also took their money without completing the work. #BuyerBeware
