Our thermostat was putting off an error code so I called Service Champions to come and look at our AC unit. After what was supposed to be a thorough evaluation, I was told that our solar system was sending too much power to the unit and it was kicking off. So I called out my solar installer who came and determined the problem had nothing to do with our solar. Today, we had another company come and evaluate and we were told that our unit had absolutely no refrigerant and our whole system basically needs to be replaced. I am not sure why the Service Champions guy did not catch it, but now I'm out $89 for him to come out, another $400 for the solar guy to come out and today another $94 for today's service. Absolutely not happy at this point at all. If he would have done his job, we would be almost $600 dollars richer!!!

Our air conditioner was old and quit working for good. I called for an estimate. Service Champions advisor, Taylor Durden, was out to our home the same day! He spent two hours at our home checking the equipment on the roof, ducts in attic, explaining all our options and pricing, and going over the Service Champions amazing warranty guarantees. Best in the business. I asked how soon the new unit could be installed, and the office told Taylor TOMORROW!! What a great company to work with. No sales pressure, just old fashioned honesty and customer care

Todd Thompson from Service Champions came by last week to check on my A/C system. He was friendly, patient and very helpful in explaining how my system worked. I always feel well respected with all of the technicians who have come by the house. Recently, I replaced my water heater and I feel confident of the installation. I go to larger companies as I don't have time or energy for shoddy installations or bad customer service. It's nice to know this company continues to represent their name.
