My Air conditioner is very old, and I have it serviced by Service Champions in Rocklin. This service appt was with John Miller, ( however all previous people they sent have been awesome as well) John was extremely polite and professional. Explained thoroughly what was needed in terms that I could understand. Verbalized options for repairs needed, and explained discounted options. Also offered info for upgrades that the repairs might need as well, with payment options available. I highly recommend John and Service Champions for any heating and air issues.

Needed cooling and heating maintenance inspection. Love that you get text of service person and accurate eta info. John Miller was awesome. Service Technician 'Patrick' came over to flush the water heater and check for leaks. There were no problems! Patrick explained the process to me, thoroughly, and told me what to watch out for that could be a sign of a problem. Great service and great education from 'Patrick' and everyone at Service Champions! Bring all your HVAC service to them!!

I had John Miller from Service Champions come out to my home to service my Air Conditioner.
John was in a uniform and he looked clean.
John put on his booties without be asked.
John had good presentation and asked me questions an out the unit. He changed my filter and put the date on it. Took a picture of my water heater.
Did the tune up and told me what he had done along with a work sheet.

Very professional and confident about his work and the company he works for.

Good mannerism and a keeper for the company.

From the first call I knew this company would be trustworthy and provide the level service I needed. My appointment for a tune up was today. Donovan Meek and Jake Palmyra we my techs. If I could give higher than five stars I truly would. They were efficient, personable and Extremely knowledgeable. It felt more like having friends help me out than having a business provide a service. I did sign up for the maintenance plan as it was a NO BRAINER (RECOMMEND THIS) and that comes with warranty on work they do. I wish my initial installer provided this level of service. These guys were undoubtedly CHAMPIONS OF ALL SERVICE.
