Kevin C. and his family have been fulfilling the heating and air conditioning demands of Northern California residents since 1972.
In 1994, Kevin earned his degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
Upon finishing his degree, he returned to assist in his parents' heating and air conditioning business.
After 25 years of ownership, his parents sold the business to a large corporation in Dallas, TX.
Kevin worked with that company for six years before deciding to leave the corporate environment and establish a family-oriented, client-focused business like his parents did in 1972.
Thus, he founded Service Champions in 2002.
With these principles at the forefront, Kevin's business has expanded to over 200 team members and has been operating for 18 years.
Today, Service Champions caters to homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay), South Bay, and the Sacramento area.
Kevin makes his home in Pleasanton, CA, alongside his wife and three children.

Adrian I.I scheduled an MVP tune up back in November for my furnace as it was time to do so. My technician, Ricky Williams arrived on time within the time window scheduled. Immediately he showed professionalism by throwing on some shoe coverings before entering my home without me having to ask him to. He was very personable and had a positive attitude. After a thorough maintenance and evaluation of my heating system we sat down to go over the Report Card. I was amazed of how detailed and knowledgeable he was about the diagnostics performed. He broke down every test and inspection along with pictures showing where there were areas of concern. Once we finished up I was very satisfied with the quality service Ricky had provided including his professional expertise. So this is where things get interesting.
As he was signing paperwork I noticed his last name Williams was like that of a good friend of mine I grew up with and known since elementary school. In my mind I'm thinking maybe they are related, so I asked him and after some family names being thrown out and ultimately a phone call to my buddy, it turns out they are half brothers who had not seen or communicated with each other for over 20 years! Crazy such a small world. A very heartfelt moment to say the least.
This was a great way to finish an exceptional service appointment provided by a truly skilled and professional technician. I can say that with the cost of becoming an MVP member has saved me money in the long run. Thank you Ricky and thank you Service Champions!
Service Champions employees Hung, Edel and Jesse installed a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system in our 34 year old home. They were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. They started at 8am and finished by 3pm. They could answer questions and explain things clearly. Highly recommend them.

Excellent experience making the appt! The nice woman explained my options for my service very easy to understand. Adam let me know he was on his way. He fixed both mini split heaters. A lot of companies do not work on them. Adam did a great job and was nice to work with. Highly rec

On Tuesday at 10am I called for and the first person said she wouldnt be able to help me and transferred me to another person who she said can help give me quotes for a new furnace. Then the person I was transferred to said she couldnt provide quotes, then she put me on eternal hold and said she was going to get someone. She came back and said she couldnt find ANYBODY that can give me prices. This company just hires a bunch of operators that transfer callers around and cant provide any real information.
