We needed our heater looked at a year ago and they took care of some issues we were having. And now a year later they made sure to keep in good contact with us to give us a free checkup. And it really was free and the technician was great and he showed up on time. I even referred them to my parents!

I have been using Services Champions to service my furnaces (I have 2 furnaces and 2 ACs) and ACs for several years and each time, Services Champion technician did an excellent job of tuning my systems as well as cleaning up their jobs once done. This year, Jimmy Sassen, the technician even making me more happier for his provided services to me. Highly recommended to at least consider them for any heating/AC repairs. Rich was clearly seasoned and was very thorough to inspect the issue, not just to get it to work, but to make sure there aren't other issues that could come back later on. He took the time to explain to me what's happening, what could happen later, and the cost associated with each repair options. He provided good recommendations that made sense without being pushy or making me feel like I'm being swindled.

I've been using service champions for a while now. I had an old system that they serviced for me. They were alway kind and never ""beat around the bush"" they always gave me the answers I needed and the help I needed. Always on time and always very kind. They just installed a new system for me. It is great! They removed the old system and installed the new system in 2 days. I was very surprised. They also left the house as clean as it was when they started. I'm very happy with them and I will keep using them.

I am very happy with the service we got from Yovanni. He was very thorough in explaining what will be done before he started the work. He took pictures to explain to me what he saw in the attic after and explained options to fix the the leaks found on the ducts. He also coordinated the appointment for free analysis and estimate to replace our 40+ year old ducts before he left. I have been with SC for a few years now, and so far, all technicians that came to my house are very polite and knowledgeable.
