Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. Most superior customer service, expertise and response time we have ever had hiring an electrician. Nick is the best!!! We called him out to repair a faulty exterior electrical outlet and kitchen outlet and he immediately found the issues, one of which was due to a previous electrician's botched wiring job that could have caused a house fire. The repairs were done in no time and the price was reasonable. Having done an entire house remodel we have run into many unscrupulous contractors and have been hesitant to hire yet another electrician, but we will NOT hesitate to call these guys again. Thank you Nick!!!!!!

If you're looking for an electrician then look no more, Joel's team was great. One call and they were at my house working on the problem within an hour and a half. The juice was out in my office and within 15 min. they knew what the problem was. They were honest and affordable . Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

After calling one person with all 5 stars, that person never returned my call so he lost out. i then called Joel Perez, within a couple of hours he called me back. Nick showed up within an hour or so, Nick showed up to give me an estimate. Had a lot of work that needed to get done. Got an estimate which I thought was ok. Of course I would have liked it lower. Nick came out as scheduled the first day. Got some work done but had to leave for Dr. appointment. Nick called and scheduled a second day which he met. Nick spent almost 6 hours completing all the work that I needed done. Being a QA guy, all of his work was completed very well and looks great. All in all I had about 10-11 hours of electrical work done. I would recommend Joel Perez company and would be having more work done in the future.

I called for emergency electrical work; had to call the fire dept for a fire in an electric outlet - they suggested [strongly] that I get an electrician out right away. They wouldn't come out for an estimate w/o charging $45. Not calling THEM again!

I am so thankful of Joel Perez and his trusted side kicks. I was having the worst luck with electricians at this point and for various reasons that was beyond everyone's control:/ I'm thankful for that because it brought me desperately (without sounding too desperate over the phone) to Joel who acted so promptly to my needs. I am beyond amazed and am so thankful. We spoke briefly over the phone and described what I wanted done and he told me either he or Nick would be calling me back shortly and Nick called almost immediately afterwards. Yes! Long story short, he came out the next morning and installed two ceiling fans in our living room and brought the design idea I had in my mind, into life. My living room ceilings are exposed wood which means awesome look but which also mean, no insulation, which then also mean, hot as hell in summer and cold as a MF-er during the winter (Sad face with a tear, I know.) Observe attached photo:) Ignore patch work. Nick offered to paint it but I didn't have the paint on hand so I wasn't going to lose sleep over it. Thanks again Joel for sending Nick over. You guys are professional, non-intimidating, cordial and reasonable in price. Thank you for such amazing work. See ya'll again soon:)

Jose is very professional. Tom and Chad are outstanding, polite, and friendly. They fixed the lights around my pool, added electrical outlets, installed ceiling fans, and installed an electric stove range for me. Other electricians wanted to drill holes and cut walls, but they managed to install the range with no visible impact to my walls. Price is very competitive and I highly recommend.
