Half of my house was without electricity. First, I get free advice over phone to double check how to fix it to make all breakers to work properly. I did it , but I did it wrong. Joel fixed in a few minutes and refused to take any money for this . Next day I found out that some of outlets are still dead, he comes the same day and explained me what was the problem. I highly recommend this service if you have any electrical projects, as I will certainly do it in future too.

Joel came to my house to install a 30 amp breaker and a safety interlocking metal plate between the new breaker and the main. He explained everything thoroughly and even sent me a video with instructions. I am recommending this solution to my neighbors now that we are having these Public Power Shut Offs from our electric utility company. I highly recommend anyone that needs a good knowledgeable electrician. I am my self an Electrical Engineer and Joel knows his stuff.

My smoke alarm/carbon monoxide alarm wasnt working properly, i replaced the battery bought a new one eveything! I still couldn't figure it out or make it stop beeping!! Great service! The office gets back to you within 24 hours with to find out what you need. An electrician was scheduled within the week at our convenience. Work was done to our specifications, in a timely manner, even tho there were some unforeseen issues with switches. Cleaned up behind himself. They also installed our whole house fan previously and we were extremely happy with the service then as well. We will use them for any additional electrical issues.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Joel and Service Calls Electric. He has done work in both of our houses in the past month and has been on-time, through and accommodating. The 2nd time was me being an idiot when I thought I had killed a circuit, but Joel was very patient and showed me I simply needed to reset the breaker (see, idiot).

And don't forget about Mia. Easily the best scheduler I have worked with. She was always on top of the schedule, calling me for the 2nd job to get me taken care of even sooner.
