Nehemias and team did a great job with installing fixtures to light up my driveway and also a motion-sensor floodlight in a tricky spot. Before he gave me an estimate, he visited my home to review the site, my requirements and he also described his approach before giving me a fair estimate. On the day of the job, they showed up on time, checked in with me to review progress and swept up when done. Very clean job all around and I will call them again for future work! Our experience with NCA Construction in October 2023 could not have been more positive. Even though we gave them short notice due to the urgency of our bathroom tub issue, they still arrived punctually and provided a competitive quoted price during the initial meeting. We live in a condominium complex, so we had to provide advance notice to the condominium association for the water shutoff and ask NCA construction to return a few days later to do the work. They arrived early and started working on the parts of the job which did not require the water to be shut off. They were also extremely friendly and professional and kept the work area clean, even asking if they should remove their shoes when entering our condominium. Because they are licensed and insured, and provide such fair pricing for their time, we will contact NCA Construction for all future jobs which arise. They earned our complete trust to get the job done right and at a reasonable price.

I have known Nehemias (the owner) for several years. He used to be an employee with a GC back in the day. The GC did the paperwork, and Nehemias did the work.

I suggested he work on his own, and finally after getting all his licenses, he did it! I am very happy for him!

Had two light fixtures that separated from ceiling--hanging but not fallen. Housing for electrical was cracked and needed replacing. Called several electricians I worked with previously, but all were busy so I went to Yelp. I contacted several from the Yelp list and they quoted me exorbitant prices. I then tried NCA and their quote was very fair, and importantly, were able to fit me in later the same day. After seeing the photo I had sent, David came, parts in hand, and went about removing the broken housing and installing new ones. Within an hour and a half, he had both fixed. Knowledgeable, competent, and efficient. Job successfully accomplished!!

Nehemias and team were great! Nehemias was very quick in getting back to me once I requested a quote through Yelp. I was able to send him a video of the electrical work I needed done for my outdoor BBQ island. He was then able to come by and see the space in person to give me an updated quote. His team came out the following day, and got to work immediately. Very clean and professional.
