I hired someone to install an attic door and ladder. He didn't know what he was doing and never finished the job. Home Depot connected me to Sergio Construction. What a lifesaver Sergio was. He fixed the mess the other guy left and put a new ladder in exactly how I wanted. He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable about the work. I am so pleased with the work and would HIGHLY recommend Sergio Construction!

This guy has to be the most disrespect and unprofessional contractor I've ever dealt with. Agreed to start a job on Thursday at 9am and no shows. I call and he says they got hung up on a job and can't make it but will ""try"" to come at 2pm the same day.

Text that he's on the way. A few minutes later text me saying he can't find my location. I text him back and he says he's been ""driving around for a long time"" and when I call he doesn't pick up, obviously blocked me. Doesn't respond. Just left.

We were to have a commercial floor cut and sealed. I had all other subcontractors take the day off and cleared out the job site. I'm now down a full day, costing me money and time and longer delays now having to find a new concrete finisher.

I am glad to have found Sergio via Home Depot's pro referral service. Sergio and his team did a superb job on the project that involved drywall, ceiling, texture and painting along with baseboard replacement. He was upfront with the cost estimate and payment schedules and completed the job on time. He has an excellent team of skilled professionals who always showed up on time everyday, worked diligently and cleaned up after the day's work was over, every day. Sergio carefully listened to my needs and requests and worked with me throughout the project to ensure that the job was executed to my satisfaction. For any future needs, he will be my go-to general contractor.
