Sergio and his team did a superb job on the project that involved drywall, ceiling, texture and painting along with baseboard replacement. He was upfront with the cost estimate and payment schedules and completed the job on time. He has an excellent team of skilled professionals who always showed up on time everyday, worked diligently and cleaned up after the day's work was over, every day. Sergio carefully listened to my needs and requests and worked with me throughout the project to ensure that the job was executed to my satisfaction. For any future needs, he will be my go-to general contractor.

Sergio's team has done 4-5 dry wall patches for us over the past 6 months. The team has been extremely reliable and easy to work with. They were able to get the orange peel texturing and painting done perfectly.

I hired Sergio's Construction to do simple exterior stucco repair and painting between 17-21 Apr 2020. While they arrived on time and were polite, the crew was sloppy and reckless. They broke a motion detector flood lamp, left trash, and didn't clean up even after photos were taken of their mess. What's more, after showing Sergio the damage and before I could re-inspect the clean-up, they'd left the site. To my surprise, they also left the uncoiled garden hose in the middle of the walkway with the front gate standing open. With such disregard for my home, I didn't want them to return. It appears they operate on 'speed of service' and not quality or workmanship. Sergio seems preoccupied with amassing new jobs only to leave his crew unsupervised. Recommendation: If you value your home, look elsewhere. Totally unprofessional.
