I would recommend these guys. While the service call felt expensive the guys that came out after hours and helped us understand why Christmas and Halloween decorations kept blowing fuses. Turns out our 3 year old home was wired poorly by Seabreeze electric- I would never build with Pulte Homes.

Just a few days ago, we had Sergeant's Electric install power from our house to our newly installed lift.
After 4 estimates from other electric companies, we chose Sergeant's because of the remarkably meticulous work they put into their estimate. I watched Nick and Adam as they did a thorough workup, including climbing up and into an impossibly hot, cluttered attic measuring for the power cord and planning the pathway to the lift. Just stay out of their way because, after the initial greeting at the front door, they were all business.
When finished their hands-on evaluation, Nick sat down in the lanai and wrote out in longhand, a detailed estimate for the work. He patiently went over the individual items with me, and in the process, answered my questions. Asked if I had other questions.
There weren't any. The whole process took about 2.5 hours!

But wait! A week later, they worked a long time, even into the night, to get the lift operational. But there was an issue that couldn't be resolved that night. Thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks for their return.

Guess what? I got a phone call from Nick the next day about 6:30pm. He said they were on the way, and to get my boat ready. They just finished working on another job. They showed up around 7pm, attacked the lift and finished about 9:30-10pm. Before they left, they insisted that I drive the boat onto the lift, then spent another 20 minutes working the lift up and down and going over general info about the lift.

Sergeant's electric is now our first choice!!

Travis spent 30 minutes on the phone over the weekend trying to trouble shoot with me. They are scheduled to come out in a few days and I will update this review after the work is done. But WTG! in customer service department!

I needed to relocate some outlets and a switch for the disposal for new counter tops in the kitchen and install a 120v outlet for tankless in the garage.
Robbie showed up on time and was terrific.
He sized up the work very fast and gave me a price. He then proceeded to complete all the work, cleaned up afterwards and was a total pleasure to worth with on this. I would definitely recommend Sergeants Electric for any job large or small. They are my electric company now for sure.!!

Alian and Chris worked on adding a connection point to the electric panel for my generator, they also installed a 220V outlet in the garage for my EV, next they ran 220V from 1 side of the house to the other for mini split AC and just when they were about to leave I asked them to install 2 ceiling fans in new locations. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were simply nice people.
I will use Sergeant for any future electrical needs.

Very disappointed in this company. Mainly on a personal level. You see, my husband and I are both veterans and whenever there is an opportunity to support our veteran brother, we jump on it. We are both part of a brotherhood most people will never understand. We all have a passion and patriotic love for our country to the point we were willing to give our lives.

So when this young man showed up with a buzz hair cut and dressed partially in military uniform, we were certain we were in the presence of another veteran brother. He stated he was never in the military and was required to represent himself this way.

I find this completely disrespectful to me and everyone else who have served this great country.

I ""love"" my country but sometimes my country doesn't love me back. Primarily because we are African Americans and for the most part people tend to view us negatively. BUT THE MILITARY ALWAYS TREATED US WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT. ""HOOAH!"" GO ARMY!!!!

Sergeant's Electric came to my house on a Sunday night for an emergency call in one hour when our house was out of power. Sgt. Nicely was the service professional that came to the house identified the issue with the main breaker. He was the best and most friendly electrician I have ever encountered. He replaced our main breaker organized our breaker panel and placed in a serge protector to protect our house. If we every have a need in the future beyond a doubt we will call Sergeant's Electric and we will be so happy if Sgt. Nicely get the assignment. Do waste your time anywhere else they are truly the best!!
