I dont recall how I found them (maybe on nextdoor?) but I was very happy with the whole process. the dispatcher called me right away to schedule an appt to give a quote. i was pressed for time so they were able to put me on a flexible move up list . Turns out 2 electricians freed up earlier and were able to come over ahead of time

Serge and Justin were the 2 electricians who came over and they were able to complete the job right there rather than just give me a quote. they installed a ceiling fan for me. there were very professional and knowledgable. I am very happy with the job they did.

I had Sergeant's Electric out to the house for various projects, Motion Lights,Lanai Lighting, Outlet work, Installing the Generator to the House's Circuit Panel. I have known Travis, the owner for some time from a previous company he worked for. He was Courteous and professional then and is now. Travis is hiring people who work like he does, He sent Alex and an apprentice, Jesse to my house. Both of them had the Two P's of Customer service down pat. Professional and Personable. They were great to talk to and did a fantastic job. I did not like the lights they originally installed so they ordered new ones and reinstalled. Fantastic work. My Lanai looks beautiful at night,the side yard is very bright for my dogs and my front lights come on automatically. I recommend these guys to anyone. If you want GOOD,QUALITY service contact Sergeant's Electric. They show up when they say they will and are on time.

I called Sergeant's Electric to do some minor work at my house. Two men showed up, one appeared to have had some alcohol prior to arriving. I showed them what I needed done. They quoted me a price of $350.00. I agreed. The job took about an hour. They presented me with a bill for $865.00.I refused to pay. I offered the owners the $350.00 but they refused. This company is run out of their house, they have no business address. They are nothing but a rip off company, preying on retired people. We called Sergents when a storm came thru and knocked out power in half our house. Alex came out and was amazing. It turned out to be a FPL problem but he still came back to make sure we had power restored. They came out immediately and didn't leave until we were happy. We would definitely recommend them.

One sign of being a great, customer service based company is this: if something has happened to make a potential client discontent with your company, you address the issue, apologize for the incident, and offer something to rebuild the customer's trust and satisfaction. Excellent, prompt and professional service was provided by this company for installation of a pool heater circuit breaker. It's technician, Nick, was friendly and competent. Their services are competitive and reasonably priced. Will certainly use them again for any of my electrical needs.
