I recently requested a quote from Sergeants Electric to install an outlet 60"" up on my wall for a mounted TV. I submitted the request online over the weekend and received a callback first thing Monday to schedule the quote--great responsiveness! They informed me they could do the installation on the spot if I agreed to the quote. Josh and Dylan arrived promptly as promised and presented the quote transparently on a company rate sheet. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient; the entire process took about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased with the experience and highly recommend Sergeants Electric!

They are punctual and offer great customer service. We have used there services for bathroom remodel work. They have added lighting, switched exhaust fans, wired switches, wired for heated floors, etc.

I called Sergeant's based on reviews that I had seen here on Yelp as well as recommendations on NextDoor. I was interested in installing a whole house surge protector. The two gents who showed up were pleasant and professional. They gave me multiple options and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I ended up installing two surge protectors, one at the main electrical panel and one to protect my A/C Condenser outside my home. The price I was offered seemed fair and reasonable. I'm quite happy with their service and I would definitely call them again for my electrical service needs.

We called on a Friday mid morning because we didn't have any water due to the system tripping a breaker. They worked us into the schedule same day. We paid a premium for same day service but to us it was worth it. Christian arrived looking clean cut, driving a well maintained logo'd company vehicle. He was well spoken and kind. He got right to work diagnosing our issue and replacing our breaker. He also gave us some recommendations for lanai and pool lighting as well as adding an outlet. We are having them back out later this month to do some more work for us. Very pleased to have found a reputable trustworthy electrician

Brilliant! Great communication, on time, customer focused. Andrew was really great. There wasn't a fix possible ( appliance was beyond saving) but I appreciate what the team at Sergeants Electric did. I will definitely call them next time I need an electrician!

Nick and Steve arrived at my home to do some electric repairs. They arrived on time, received a call from the office telling me when they would arrive...... The were very professional, explained to me what kind of repairs they would be doing. They were polite, friendly....and cleaned up after themselves. Nick fixed what was broken and didn't fix what didn't need fixin. He didn't try upselling me and even fixed a couple thingies I hadn't thought of til he got here. He was on time and under budget. (He is also very smart and handsome ;-) )
