Ben from Sepanta came in last week to check out our EV charger. After troubleshooting he figured out that the issue was with the charger. He replaced it with another charger that we had. His work was meticulous. He cleaned up and tidied everything making the experience great.

Based on his performance we had him come in this weekend to run an additional outlet, and replace the exhaust fan in our bathroom. Once again he did a great job.

Ben is not cheap but he is on time, is very methodical, does the job perfectly and leaves the work area clean. I would highly recommend him.

Response time was great, was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Wanted a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed for EV charging, and was not pressured with any upselling of any sort. Installation itself was speedy and well done with no issues so far.

Only criticism I have is that while on time for the work evaluation, Ben was a half hour late from the quoted installation window of 11am-1pm. Normally this wouldn't have been a big deal, but my in-laws were visiting and we had a lunch reservation that I had to miss due to the timing. I seem to be in the minority when it comes to this, so I would count it more as a one-off. I'd still recommend Sepanta to others, and for any future projects will most likely work with them again!

I had a great experience with Sepanta Electric. The other day I needed an electrician for an emergency situation and they were able to send me an electrician within a couple of hours. There was a little work involved but still required an expert. He finished the whole thing in 5 minutes or so and had to use some material too. But at the end he didn't take anything for his time and expertise, and said ""maybe next time"". I'm sure there'll be a next time.

Ben from Sepanta came out to take care of some plugs and light fixtures we needed. He did a very nice job and finished in the amount of time and amount quoted. These guys are great. We needed 3 outlets in the new house, and a few outlets taken off a switch. They came in at 1/3 of the price as another company, fit us in that same weekend, and did a beautiful job. They finished quicker than I thought it would take. These guys are pros!

Ben responded early in the morning, with an offer to do the job on a same-day basis, at a clear fixed fee.

My concern was that because the job was small (but important, for us), I might not be able to find an electrician who would consider it worth his while.

Requested the Yelp quote feature and Ben was one of the quickest to respond. Not ONLY was he the fastest to respond, but he gave a quote which he stuck to once the work was complete, and came out to fix the problem within a few hours. Fixed my breaker fuses... In pouring rain on a Saturday no less. 5 star service all around!
