I am usually too lazy to write review, but I feel that I must in this case due to their professionalism, and competence. They provide free quote. Their price is somewhere in the middle of all quotes. They deserve the job for their prompt responses, good communication, arriving ontime, and for their skills. Thank you Ben and your partners.

Ben responded early in the morning, with an offer to do the job on a same-day basis, at a clear fixed fee.

My concern was that because the job was small (but important, for us), I might not be able to find an electrician who would consider it worth his while.

Requested the Yelp quote feature and Ben was one of the quickest to respond. Not ONLY was he the fastest to respond, but he gave a quote which he stuck to once the work was complete, and came out to fix the problem within a few hours. Fixed my breaker fuses... In pouring rain on a Saturday no less. 5 star service all around!

I called Ben on a Sunday morning. He answered and said he could be at my home within 2 hours. Shortly after I received a text confirming the appointment and price. With a quick conformation reply he was right on time. I had a breaker pop and with in minutes he had isolated the line. With a quick plug and play he found the short. I was impressed with his accuracy and efficiency. He was done in in 30 minutes leaving my house in better shape than when he arrived. I was happy that he didn't try to sell me anything but what was needed. I had a bunch of outlets fail due to a short of some kind. Couldn't figure out the problem on my own, and I needed to solve the problem quickly, so I reached out to several companies for quotes. Ben from Sepanta responded immediately and was able to work me into his schedule with only a couple hours lead time. He showed up promptly and was very courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quite quickly after testing a few things. He even discovered and fixed a few unsafe wires in the fuse box. I actually have a go-to electrician, but he is usually booked up for a month. That said, I used my Yelp app to request a quote for a small electrical type of project.

As soon as I clicked on ""Request a Quote"" on my app, I noticed that Sepanta Electric was tagged with a ""Responds in about 10 minutes"" message. In my mind I was thinking there is NO way that is accurate. Low and behold, Ben from Sepanta Electric sent me a text requesting my address within 5 minutes. If that isn't FAST, I don't know what is!

We began to exchange a few texts, and Ben agreed to swing by to give me an accurate estimate. My project was to add an additional outlet in my garage, which would be used to charge a vacuum. Ben arrived on time, we agreed on a price, and he executed FLAWLESSLY! The outlet was perfectly mounted, and I tested it to make sure it was fully functional. I now have a NEW go-to electrician.

After I made the appointment I totally forgot. When he knocked door, I had to let him reminded me. Than I told him sorry I forgot. And I told him I should canceled my appointment. He was very nice, told me no problem. And than I do need help for my electric switch on the off area, could he help, he did helped me to got my electric back.
