Semper Tech Systems, founded as LLC was created by a Coast Guard veteran with two decades plus of experience in maintaining and repairing advanced electro-mechanical systems on ships, at sea, and in shore facilities. Rooted in military training, the company brings a safety-first, meticulous approach to every inspection. Backed by top certifications in Thermography Level III, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, Semper Tech Systems offers specialized inspections that utilize thermography and acoustic imaging for properties, multifamily properties, and commercial facilities.
