I had searched for an electrician for months. I had people not return calls or come out to see the scope of work and never get back to me with a quote. I had a few set start dates with me only to bail at the last minute. When Garritt came out, I was very upfront about my contractor woes. I literally looked at him and said, if you can't or don't want to do it, that's fine but PLEASE don't bail on me.
Well, he didn't. He then got me in earlier than he anticipated due to rearranging his schedule and completed the scope of work in the time he said he would. This wouldn't be shocking 2-3 years ago, but with more and more trades getting large scopes of work outside of the area, Garritt was a much needed breath of fresh air. I will not hesitate to use him again!

Garritt is amazing, he took my call on weekend and tried walking me through my issue and gave advice over the phone to try and save me a service call today. Garritt had previously come to our home to install a ceiling fan and other electrical issues, he showed up on time, extremely fair priced and very professional

Select Electric was the right company for us.
Faced with the need to replace an entire electrical panel was a bit overwhelming. We were given several possible candidates for the job, but only one was highly recommended. We are so glad we found Garritt Walsh. He was faced with a 63 year old panel to update and a lot of hoops to jump through that SMUD required, but he found a way to make it work, and stay within budget.

Finding an honest person to do your needed work around your property is hard these days. Select Electric took time to really explore my electrical problem and found it was just a very small repair.
