Called SEI for a Tesla charger installation. Spoke to Matt and he was very helpful in giving the options and prices. Matt is very responsive to phone calls and seems very professional. Even when there was a question/concern regarding the electrical set up, Matt was willing to come back to my house on another day to make changes per my request.

I hope this message brightens your day. Previously, we accepted repair inquiries via email or telephone, but due to the reasons listed below, we have decided to no longer accept repairs.

1. Even though I submitted a request for quote through the website on Tuesday, it appears that the firm did not receive it. Office staff determined that this was a potential scam, indicating a flaw in the basic communication system with customers.

2. I inquired about the repair on Wednesday and was told to call back at 5pm. However, due to prior commitments, I was only able to call at 7pm and it went straight to voicemail.

3. I called again the next day and was advised to call again at 5pm. I explained that I work until 7:30 on Thursdays, so I won't be able to answer the phone until then. Despite this, the person in the office requested that I call back the following Monday as they were not working on Friday.

4. Based on the experiences outlined in points 1-3, I had concerns about the company's reliability and customer service. Therefore, we recommend that you do not hire this company to repair your faulty kitchen switch. I hope you will look back on your decisions, admit your mistakes, and find this information valuable to you.

He was did an excellent job replacing the lighting fixtures and resolving the switch problem. He was polite and patiently answered my questions. Matt Sorenson of SEI is the best! We bought a new 24"" stack washer/dryer for our condo, not realizing that we would need a new 110 electrical outlet for the washer, separate from the dryer. Our older machines all ran together into the one 220 outlet. Matt determined the best way to add the new outlet, and it wasn't at all easy to do in our old building. He also reconfigured some wiring in our electrical panel to be sure we are meeting code. I am so grateful for his help. The place where we bought the new appliances didn't mention that we would need two outlets, unlike the older laundry center stacks. In fact, the installer only mentioned it as he was leaving, after he already put the set in place. So, we are very glad we were able to get Matt do this work for us, and we recommend him very, very highly. Thank you, Matt!

GREAT JOB!! We had an outlet sparking and we yanked the cord out of the wall. I called SEI and they scheduled me for the next morning first thing. EVIAN was so PROFESSIONAL and really got the job done. He is a great ambassador for SEI Electric. I HIGHLY recommend them because they do excellent work in a very professional manner.
