Yes, your customers time is valuable too. Don't be verbally abusive to your customers when they track you down and ask where you are.

Mom and pop style business. Came out to clean up some ugly and dangerous looking wires hanging out of my wall. Also installed wiring and setup for ceiling light in one of my rooms that didn't have one. Gave me a good deal and everything worked out great. Definitely would call again.
