If you want poor service and lack of accountability this is the company to hire.
Hired to do an extensive upgrade at our condo community they replaced the electric meters in the wrong order causing several seasonal residents to pay the actual usage of full time residents.
When the mistake was brought to their attention several months later, they fixed the issue. They DID NOT let the residents involved know and let them figure it out. When confronted with a valid request for $150 refund for the overbilling caused by their error, they suggested I call the neighbor and ask them. To date, they continue to drag their feet over the refund.
