Our company has been operating since the year 2000. Secure Contractors was founded was driven by our desire to deliver more honest work. I experienced working with contractors who stretched jobs unnecessarily, I felt uneasy to invoice for hours when I was instructed to slow down. I realized I could do more work while also being present with my family. Family is important to us our families and understand that people use their money for their loved ones. We also believe in giving back. We receive calls from the senior citizens, widows, differently-abled individuals, or simply those facing challenges. We do have expenses for our services, we believe in providing support when it is within our ability to assist. We follow the principle of Proverbs 3:27, we take pleasure in serving others. Jacob K.Had an appointment for a Monday. Complete and total no show. Tried calling them several times throughout the day. Always went straight to voicemail, however, the voicemail box was completely full and did not have any space to leave a message.. Finally got through to someone at approximately 8:30 pm. They said due to an accident the previous day they were not able to come to the scheduled appointment, but they just decided to turn their phone off rather than letting me know what was going on. Lots of excuses with no customer service.

Professional, polite, timely, and affordable. Tomas S.So my AC had went out again and it was really late in the evening. I had sent a message expecting not to get a response till the next day and to set up something later to get it fixed. I was really surprised that the electrician had sent me a message about 30 minutes later. He expressed his concern on not letting me try and sleep in the heat and stated he would come out and fix my AC. He really went above my expectations coming out after 10pm. Very professional and excellent service. Went through the whole system found a small issue and double check everything to make sure it didn't happen again. I really recommend this gentleman and the company.
