Since 2000, we have been in business. Secure Contractors was founded was driven by our desire to offer more honest work. I experienced working with contractors who stretched jobs unnecessarily, I found it troubling to invoice for hours when I was told to take my time. I believed I could accomplish more work while also enjoying moments with my family. We cherish our families and believe that people invest their money for their loved ones. Jacob K.Had an appointment for a Monday. Complete and total no show. Tried calling them several times throughout the day. Always went straight to voicemail, however, the voicemail box was completely full and did not have any space to leave a message.. Finally got through to someone at approximately 8:30 pm. They said due to an accident the previous day they were not able to come to the scheduled appointment, but they just decided to turn their phone off rather than letting me know what was going on. Lots of excuses with no customer service.

Tomas S.So my AC had went out again and it was really late in the evening. I had sent a message expecting not to get a response till the next day and to set up something later to get it fixed. I was really surprised that the electrician had sent me a message about 30 minutes later. He expressed his concern on not letting me try and sleep in the heat and stated he would come out and fix my AC. He really went above my expectations coming out after 10pm. Very professional and excellent service. Went through the whole system found a small issue and double check everything to make sure it didn't happen again. I really recommend this gentleman and the company.
