My experience with two construction companies over the years inspired me to create my own business. I had always thought about it, equipped with skills in trades such as flooring, drywall removal, plumbing, electrical work, and fencing. In 2016, I made the decision to start, and I have continued ever since.
The beginning was difficult, with doubts from others and myself about my ability to manage everything. While I was skilled in the work, I lacked confidence in the management aspect. Now, I’m grateful I took that step; I have no regrets. This goes beyond a job; I find joy in fixing things and seeing satisfied customers. I take pleasure in my job, and there’s always a new lesson to learn. What I value most is the opportunity to work with people.
