I have a Pulte home in Avery Square and Seabreeze was the contractor for the electrical work. We have multiple electrical issues in the house, they have been here 4 times and can't seem to figure out the problem.

They are doing the electrical wiring for all the homes in my new development. One of my bedroom's has no electricity. They came out and it seems they forgot to hook up a wire. A fuse on my breaker kept tripping and I lost power to about half my house. They came out two times and still have no idea why. They decided to install GFCI outlets and that fixed it. They installed ceiling fans but the dimmer feature doesn't work (it has dimmer bulbs). They schedule and rescheduled so many time I lost tract. Don't hire them to do a job for you and if your buying a house I would ask who the electrical contractor is.

I would never use this company! One of the workers was coming from the liquor store and hit my car from behind in the company vehicle. She told me her name was ""K.J"" -- she wouldn't give me her real name. . . And the entire time the other workers sat in the car and laughed as if it was a joke! I was so irritated with these groups of workers. . . With employees like this I would never trust them to do anything for me!
