We had a Generac whole house generator installed several years ago. When we heard some weird humming coming from one of the units in our garage we called SE Williams Electric (who services our Generac if there are ever any issues). Apparently the humming issue was a very bad thing. Gary Williams came right over to take a look at it and bypassed the smart management module that was on the fritz so the generator wouldn't be negatively affected. As soon as a new smart management module came in, Gary made it his priority to get back over to our house to replace the bad one. He was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were so pleased with the services of SE Williams Electric and can't recommend them highly enough!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Gary Williams and company. He came within a short time and fixed our problem for a reasonable price. Our lights had been flickering for a while but seemed to get worse after the recent storms. He coordinated with GRU to turn off the power, then quickly completed his work. It helps that he carries many parts on his truck so that he doesn't need to drive back across town. We highly recommend Gary and Frederick.

Over christmas a tree fell in the yard and ripped off my meterbox. SE Williams came out the day I called them to give an estimate. They were respectful and friendly. The also worked me into the schedule because I was without power. They even came out a day earlier because of a cancelation on their schedule. I would recomend them for cost effective timely electrical work.

I have known Gary Williams for nearly 40 years, from when we were doing our first remodel back in the '80s until now, when we had a general generator installed. He and his crew are good, honest, and hard-working guys who don't quit until everything is right. I trust my electrical work when it's done by S E Williams!

On a more positive note . . . Awesome response to Electrical problem. I'd like to share that our main power source had been compromised and we needed assistance on Saturday. GRU came out within 2 hours to diagnose the issue. We called S.E. Williams Electric and were very lucky they were nearby finishing a job. Even though it was 5pm they kept working and showed up for us. OMG - spent 5 hours to get us up and running - a big job. Called GRU at 10pm and they were out in 20 minutes or less to sign off on the job and turn our power back on safely.

Stay away from SE Williams Electric Co. Gainesville, FL. They accused me off tampering with a GFI switch that they caused unusable. They came back out, and fixed the switch, then sent an invoice for a service call of $110. Is this for real?
