Leo was so awesome! We just bought a 1950s home with a very old breaker panel that he completely replaced. Very knowledgeable and answered any and all of our questions. Easy to work with and reasonably priced! He even came out to finish out the project on a Saturday for us and the work was very clean! Would recommend his services to anyone.

Overdue review, I received an estimate from various companies including SDTecs. This company's quotes were comparable to all that i received to replace an old electrical panel. A few things stood out from the other quotes. Options, I asked a lot of questions and I always want options. They explained the process and after electing to file for my own permits to save some loot, they offered a good price fora 30 panel instead of a 20. I dont think ill ever use all of it but glad I am future proofing.

So I got the quote in Dec 2020 and it took me 6 months to get a permit through the City of San Diego's new online portal application. I kept in contact with the technician and answered my questions. They were patient with me and my estimate did not change after all that time.

Finally I was able to get a city inspector and SDGE line up on the same day. well, guess what, it starts raining in the morning when its all suppose to happen. its San Diego so i figured it would not last. I was correct. SDTecs asked me if i wanted to proceed or reschedule. I opted to proceed and glad I did, as it could have taken months to reschedule everyone. It took them a day to replace the entire panel taking the time to answer my questions as they came up. I wanted to know what does what. After it was all set and done they cleaned up and the city inspector came out a week later with no issues. Im confident this company's ability to complete any job you throw at it. The prices reflect the work they provide.

We needed a new line installed for a new outlet for our laundry. They responded on Yelp quickly and came out the next day to do the job after giving me an estimate. They worked efficiently and explained everything to us really thoroughly. Their price was fair and they did great work. Will hire again for any future electrical needs!

I have been looking for a good electrician company and I found it! Leo at SD Electric Technologies was awesome! I called on a Friday and had an appointment on Monday; where the Electrician showed up on time. The fan installation was done quickly and perfectly! The fan is quite, doesn't rattle and they cleaned up after the installation was complete. 100% recommend and will be calling again as I change out more fans in my house.

On Saturday my smoke alarms began going off ( no fire) and nothing I did could shut them up. I had to sleep with the endless squealing of smoke alerts and earplugs. Early Sunday morning I looked for local electricians and Leo answered the phone at 9 am. By 11 am these guys came to my home , problem-solved and then FIXED the issue. Leo was very professional, responsive, and courteous. He was able to quickly come to my house and give me an estimate. I had a previous bad experience with an electrician falling through my drywall and leaving me with a mess. Leo did an outstanding job installing my new recessed light and dimmer switch. His nephew did such an amazing job on my drywall that you can't even see that it was repaired. They are also super careful and clean. They are honest and true to their estimate.
