VERY POOR SERVICE!

It started with me leaving a voicemail that was not returned after 2 days, I gave the benefit of the doubt of course. Next call I made also resulting in having to leave a voicemail, I then sent a yelp work request, the next day I got a call from the owner, Greg, who apologized his office didn't relay on the message, although clearly this was his cell phone, as he started texting me from it shortly afterwards. Ok benefit of the doubt, but here's where the service went from bad to worse to a nightmare.

He eventually came by and looked at my project, not sure why cos he really had zero interest in doing any work.

He just completely lied to me about missing several appointments and when he did show up it was as if he was doing me the favor and had a dilligaf attitude.

I would pass on this electrician if you want to be valued as a customer.

We absolultely love Sconce Electric. Greg Sconce provides excellent customer service. We have used them multiple times - from a full house rewiring and new lighting/outlets to minor issues. I cannot say enough about this company. When we remodeled our home, dealing with Sconce was such a pleasant experience relative to others and years later, we continue to be loyal customers. I was very impressed with all aspects of the electric work I needed done. First off, Greg actually answered the phone each time I called, plus he called me a couple of times with questions/timing. I had a mixture of several small projects and a couple of more intricate ones (putting in a new light and changing switches/separating can lighting). He and his crew arrived right on time, did all the work perfectly with excellent manners, and left everything clean when they finished. All three men were extremely personable and easy to talk to, and I could tell that Greg's main aim was that I would be happy with the results. I certainly am, and I would highly recommend Sconce Electric. They were excellent and so easy to work with!

Called Sconce Electric this morning about a gfi outlet that caught fire when a wireless phone transformer blew also knocked out range and another plug. they said they were fully scheduled and asked my address to see if they could squeeze me in. I was very happy when they arrived 2:30pm the same day.The polite young worker fixed the issue quickly. I'm a happy camper & highly recommend!

Greg and his crew are AWESOME!!! Our son was purchasing his grandmother's home that she owned for 52 years. The home inspection we had identified several electrical concerns. We emailed Greg the report & he showed up with the report in hand & had clearly reviewed it prior as we walked thru the house. That same day he emailed us a very detailed & fair estimate. He even gave us a discount for having all the work done at the same time. Greg & his crew are professional, friendly and absolutely a pleasure to work with. Mysterious short last night knocked out half of our master bedroom and all the bath. Thought it was a breaker that would not reset.
Called Greg this morning and he was able to come out right after lunch to, what I thought would be an expensive breaker replacement.
Breaker turned out to be fine, so the search was on to find just what was going on....after pulling every plug and switch in the circuit and not finding the problem, he pulled our ac powered smoke detector down from the hall.... and there it was, a slightly fried wire that had a bit of a loose wire nut!
Clip the wire , new wire nut and BINGO, we have power again!
Great job Greg.... anyone asks, you da man!

We did some remodeling in home last year with and Greg and his team were just fantastic. Whatever we wanted they made happen, like no outlets on the backsplash, dimmer switches on everything and specific outlets/switches we liked. Greg is very patient and kind. They are punctual and reliable!!! Expect them to arrive early and do not expect them to cancel. A couple of times we had questions or needed something done in between other steps of the project and Greg would be there same day as we called him or next day. Sconce is more than deserving of this 5 star rating and we've already used them again.
