If I could put minus stars, I would. I'm a buyer for a steel mill and we have a Schneider Electric UPS system that was initially installed by the OEM. The unit is currently down. We have tried for 2 days to make contact with a Schneider Electric technician to come in here and fix the unit. First of all, you have to fill out a 4 page document and send it to a nondescript email address before they will even address your concerns. Once you send it, you immediately get an automatic email response that you will be contacted in 4 hours. Not true. I told them I would pay by credit card to expedite the process. I finally got a name on one of the emails. There are no phone numbers anywhere so you can't contact anyone in person. This is horrible customer service.
