I highly recommend Eric for any woodworking work. I had a very difficult time finding a carpenter who was willing to build and install an indoor oak wood stair railing for the 3 steps from my family room up to the kitchen. Eric was able to do the precise angle cuts and mount the stair balusters perfectly! As you can see from the pic, he did a wonderful job matching the existing wood.
He was professional, polite and very responsive to my family's needs. I will not hesitate to hire Eric again for any of my future projects.

Eric was very responsive and gave a rough estimate when i described the problem over the phone. The job turned out to be a little more involved than expected, requiring a new sink and parts. Eric still took care of it right away, purchasing the needed sink and parts at the store, and finished the job right away. He even discounted the price of his services to bring it closer to his rough over-the-phone estimate, even though it took roughly twice as much of his time than expected, in order to get the additional parts and sink at the store. He is very skillful and efficient in his work and cleaned up well. He definitely won my approval. I plan to call him for my future needs.

I needed a minor repair for a wooden gate that was no longer closing. I called handymen in the area, and they only mentioned giving me a quote if they were available. Fortunately, I took a chance and contacted Eric from Schmitz Property and received a next day free estimate. Initially, he asked for a picture of the work to confirm the project. When he arrived it was raining outside, but that didn't prevent Eric from providing me with a quote. The repairs were made on the spot, and I didn't have to reschedule for another day. He went against his own policy and didn't want to charge me the 1 hour minimum. However, I pay full price for good work, competence, and reliability. I help manage units in the area, and I plan to do repeat business with this vendor.

I'm very impressed with Eric's work ethics, first up he showed up on time which is a rarity these days. Secondly, we don't wear outside shoes inside, he's observant took his shoes off before he came in. Fixed the rotten door frames and a couple of roof eaves overhang, painted them, cleaned up the whole thing within couple of hours. The job was very well done, looks like brand new. I called several handyman, no one bothered responding, I'm glad they didn't. I'm definitely going to use him in the future and recommend him for your projects.

I called two handyman service and eric is the only one replied. It's a small job and he doesn't mind to work on Sunday. He finished two curtains and helped me hang a picture at where it's impossible for me to reach and requires a long ladder. I recorded the smart approach he used the ladder to hang the picture. All jobs are beautifully done!!!!!!!!!!!
